Today I ran 6 miles for the first time in a long time. Cross Country was this weird period in my life when I embraced pain, which sounds so weird, but why would someone run a race that kills them… and then do it again. It’s kind of like childbirth I guess… But that feeling when you finish a hard workout is so goooooood.
